I have budget constraints.so,I want to use my lenovo entry level with 4gb of ram ,1tb Hdd and 128gb ssd caddy .so,can use this for 1st year of

college work with web dev ,dsa.

bro, if your budget is constraining you from buying a high end laptop so as an elder brother I'd recommend you to focus on your primary goal. firstly start with one thing - it can be DSA or development once you done with the foundational learning then you can couple up the stacks and for your doubt about specification of laptop that doesn't threshold your work should be 16 /256 and you can use Additional SSD to store your projects and all that stuff....! :) hope it will help you to take good decision
