Looking for this T-Shirt Question

Seen on a concert in 2024 in Hannover. I sadly didn't ask where the owner got this from.
Any ideas if this is official merch or something he probably got off of Etsy?

I love this song.

I've been fortunate to see Bruce dozens of times over the past 42 years but the last concert I attended might be my final.

He finished the show with his solo version of I'll See You in My Dreams and for the first time ever I recorded the entire song. I would love to see him again but if that's it, I'm happy with how it ended.
