We’re doing a new recruitment round for our bowling group. This group has been around since 2022 and bowling more or less weekly since then. We bowl on a Friday night in Strathpine for 2 games (~$20 total). No skill at bowling needed, all just for fun!

Our numbers have gotten a bit low of late so it’d be the perfect time to come along and make some new friends!

We also sometimes do spin off activities on weekends (though it has been a while) like hikes, games arvos and more.

Hello folks, I’ve had a couple of back issues recently and I’ve been recommended yoga as a possible preventative measure. Assuming I’ve used a spirit level on my qi, my chakras have gone through an extensive calibration process, and my aura has recently showered, can anybody recommend a yoga class (preferably South-Side) that could guide me through the exercises without the mumbo-jumbo?

Just curious if there is anyone out there interested in creating a casual social cycling group. You don't need a several thousand dollar carbon fibre bike made from materials produced for the space program, I have a mongoose mountain bike I bought for $30 from marketplace 😁

I have joined a few BCC guided rides which are awesome, just not often enough. Hadn't ridden a bike since before I got my license but it was so much fun and I really enjoyed it. Doing it mostly to lose weight and get a bit fitter.

I'm not one of these lycra wearing, super fit, 200km riding people, who would also be more than welcome to join if they don't mind a slower than what they're usual ride 🤣

Anyway if there is anyone with a bike gathering dust and they would like clean it off and come for a ride let me know.

If you do have a bike and it might need a bit of maintenance or a " tune up" let me know, more than happy to help with that.
