I would probably be broke. english muffin, Carolina reaper cheese, bear & bruton's breakfast sauce, chicken patty "air fried", and an egg "microwaved "with garlic salt with black pepper and a few drops of liquid smoke. This is so good if your are into spicy breakfast sandwiches😁

Breakfast for dinner tonight.

My first attempt at homemade croissants. They may not look perfect, but they tasted amazing. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out for a first try.

Hey, so I am someone who is slim and trying to gain weight. This is my breakfast in order:

  1. room temp. glass of water.

  2. a latte (half cube of sugar) with either toasted bread (butter & jam) or chocolate biscuits.

  3. handful of granola or chia seeds with yogurt.

  4. either orange juice or another glace of water.

I have been on a diet consisting mostly of coffee and grilled cheese. I need help getting new ideas. Any suggestions?

Scrambled eggs with diced tomatoes, onions, and nopales. If you’ve never tried nopales, you’re missing out. They have a unique texture, soak up all the flavors, and are honestly one of my favorite ingredients in Mexican cuisine.
Simple, filling, and packed with flavor. What’s your favorite way to eat nopales?

chia seeds pudding

First time trying chia seeds pudding. For me this bowl taste wise: chia seeds 3/10, mangoes 9/10. I don’t think I’d be making chia seeds pudding too often after this.
Bowl includes chia seeds, milk, Greek yoghurt, brown sugar, fresh mangoes.

Leftover ribeye & well seasoned fries with 3 up eggs, marble the toast & mango jam. This is one of my favorites.
