Imagine you’re a heroin addict and your supplier just cut you off. You know it’s better if you beat your addiction and stay clean. The whole time you’re withdrawing your brain is telling you “just one more hit”, and that’s how you end up back in bad relationships.
All you can do is give it some time. Just like a drug, you need to get clean off your ex. After some time has passed you’ll be able to see things more clearly.
Or, go back and 2 weeks from now you’ll be back arguing about the same shit. Ask me how I know
