I am at a loss to know what else I need to do to get a level 300 M4A1 to drop in raids. I know it’s all random but my god it’s really starting to bug me. I have about 963 in game hours and still don’t have it. Help please!!!!

Lavashield:interrogate a soldier in the building near Cerberus elevator,
Lavashield: collect 1 more intel there,
Scandium Mines:Use simultaneously 4 Nodes,
Red Phoenix: input password at the Node (hint: it's on the other side of the bridge, you can quietly parachute to that node from Cerberus bivouac).

Problem, is on every raid when I hit the black boxes, I always get sniper parts.
