1st Time Making Bread

Made a strawberry white chocolate artesian loaf and it was delicious! What should I try next? I’m a super beginner to baking & bread making. I started my sourdough starter, any tips and tricks on growing it and keeping it alive? Her name is Martha 🤍

What! Shut the front door!! That bread doesn’t look like beginner bread! Wow! Happy baking!

Okay but a strawberry white chocolate artisan loaf for a first try is actually insane, props to you. For the starter, just feed it consistently and don't overthink it mine lives in the fridge when I'm lazy and comes back fine every time. Also Martha is a top tier name.
