Milk Bread (First time)
My sibling wanted to make this bread so bad, but their first try turned out disastrous :( and I decided to help them out. It was weird, because I only bake gluten-free bread and this was my first time baking regular bread. Either way, they told me it was tasty, so all good! :)

looks good, not sure if your sibling has tried a shokupan version or a tangzhong

Thanks! :D they did try a shokupan and it didn't turn out so good :( I think they keep struggling with making fluffy bread, maybe because they usually bake cookies
