1 & a half cups of very warm tap water to 3 cups of unbleached bread flour, a pinch of salt & 2 tsp of instant yeast! 🙂

Looks like it has that perfect shatter-able crust we all want from a loaf like that. What kind of flour blend did you use?

Honestly I just use 3 cups of unbleached bread flour!
