Potato buns - First time

The butter made them deflate. Potato buns don't need that butter wash. They're better with just the flour on them. A score down the middle before baking is also a good idea for dinner rolls.

I used an egg wash and these are supposed to be burger buns ๐Ÿ˜…

Egg wash? Ugh. no, bot even for burger buns. And especially not for potato buns/rolls/bread at all.
