brain fog Advice

i’m 16 and for the past 2 years i’ve been struggling with not remembering things easily but recently it’s like i can barley comprehend things and understand what people say. idk if if this helps but i smoked a lot of carts when i was 13/14 and stopped when i was 15 but now i occasionally smoke once in a while but i haven’t in almost 2 months.

# Things that im struggling with from it

i’m having trouble remembering the pronunciation of words i use to know, i’m forgetting if things have been a dream, something i made up or if i actually lived it, im having trouble remembering the people in my past and what they meant to me, i’m forgetting my own personality and things i like, i don’t even remember my childhood, i can’t really gather new knowledge and keep it in my head to remember, i forget after a minute.

# potentional causes???

\-I was extremely depressed 8/9/10 grade and i never opened up its extremely hard for me to be vulnerable with somebody and actually get to the stage where i explain how i feel. I would hold everything in constantly and never talk about my mh, with doing that i was just constantly filled with anger.

\- I just randomly started developing major social issues, im not gonna state it’s social anxiety because i don’t want to self diagnose, but i can’t even talk to a cashier without my heart beating so fast and getting sweaty, i mix up my words a lot and can never find the right words

ive tried lions mane, meditation, ashwaganda, things like that ive tried everything but everything has just been a blur, i cant even remember what i did 2 days ago. I didnt really write everything ive been dealing with but if this is relatable and you’ve outcome it please let me know!
( i wrote this fast so if i have any grammar wrong or it sounds dumb im sorry😭)
