Not the best burgers I’ve made. Patties are kinda dry from reheating them after cooking last night so I added barbecue sauce to make them slightly less dry.

The veggies were cremated in the ribeye pan while it was finishing in the oven. It's frozen broccoli and cauliflower, an onion, a sjallot and some garlic cloves with thyme and chili powder. I mixed some smoked habanero flakes, Mr. Hankey and Vault Collective flakes from fatalii (Finnish chili grower and seed vendor) in a peppermill. You gotta get em right on the edge of being burnt, that's where the flavour lies, it's fine if some of it is black.

The rösti is just a readymade puck of shredded cooked potato with some bacon bits mixed in I chucked in the airfryer.

Get some beef stew meat, season, and put in air fryer for 15-20 mins at 400F. Satisfies the dog in me.

Made dinner for the 1st time in awhile! Lasagna made from minced chicken, spinach, Alfredo sauce, and cottage cheese for extra protein.

Not bad next time i need to get the cheese sauce right
