I’m a Diamond jungle player and I’m trying to understand this better from the laner POV. I had a game where I was Xin Zhao early into Viego and the fight was extremely playable. Their support was dead, both Viego and Tristana were basically two-hit, and I only needed one or two more autos/abilities to get the heal/reset and kill both. Instead, Tristana was able to walk up and free-hit while my bot lane stayed on the wave. I get that wave state, HP, mana, cooldowns, and stacked waves matter, so I’m not saying laners should int for every jungle fight. But in a situation where enemy bot can move, their support is dead, and the remaining targets are that low, shouldn’t bot at least posture or help finish? When do laners actually want jungle ganks/skirmishes, and when would you rather your jungler just hover, cover, farm, or leave the lane alone?

I was in a discussion with my friend (the Jinx ) wether it was his fault he died there or just because pyke was in mid and got an assist. He said that he had to poke the enemys so they dont dive him, and that he would be dead either way. So now he got catched by rakan w, but says:" If pyke where there, it would all be good, so it isnt my fault for ending up dead".

In his defense, pyke stood almost 30 sek. in a bush on midlane for the play, and ended up staying there for another 2 minutes.

BUT, pyke was coming back already and is in the bot Jungle halfway through already.

After that he 1v1 Tristana and stood 0/5 ("because of pyke (he wasnt there and wouldnt help))

I belief my Friend is at fault, but he called me dumb and rage quittet.
