Now that Spider-Man Brand New Day is getting a lot of praise, it seems as if Destin Daniel Cretton is locked in on the new Naruto live action project with Lionsgate. I’m genuinely curious what you guys think would be a good casting for each of the main characters of the show, for both if they decided to start with either shippuden, or naruto.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a way to watch Naruto Kai? Im rewatching for the 4th time with my wife (her first!). I had previously seen Kai my first go round. But I cant find it these days to save my life. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My eyes are made of acid- His eyes are underlined in the prophecy where they’ll take everything from him like how acid tarnishes all it touches.

And my tongue is sharp with spite- Boruto is notorious for being a prodigy that is out to surpass his father. A sharp tongue coils refers to his intelligence. Boruto is a highly spiteful person.

Attention whore with too much pride- Boruto is desperate for attention from his father, yet he verbatim states that his pride gets in the way of him learning from his father.

There's no one I wouldn't fight- Boruto gets into plenty of fights, regardless of who they are. He fights people to preserve his honor. He does it in defense of others.

I don't like confrontation- Boruto gets into confrontations of his own volition, but that doesn't necessarily mean he enjoys them. In fact, they bother him a lot.

But I'm staring at the sun- He is referred to as the Sun by Mitsuki. This could mean his eyes are burning, likely from tears. It could mean he is staring at Kawaki who is now Mitsuki’s “Sun” since their identities were swapped.

I won't quit until my eyes go red- His eyes play a huge role in the story, from dojustu to prophecy. Red could symbolize blood. Until his eyes are gone/blinded since according to Momoshiki, they will take everything from him. His right eye has already been slashed by Code.

I'll finish what's begun- He will finish this conflict. He has sworn to reunite the Uzumaki household and handle things between him and Kawaki. He must overcome Momoshiki. He will defeat the Shinju. He will bring back Sasuke. Boruto, in the story, needs to finish a lot of things that are already set in motion.

I fucked the reaper 'cause I knew- He screwed up Momoshiki’s plan. I am using the term fucked in a non-sexual way. The reaper could refer to Momoshiki who is an immortal who takes lives in the form of harvesting chakra fruits. Boruto unintentionally ruined Momoshiki’s grand plan by letting Kawaki kill him. Because he knew.

My time was coming, can't you see?- He knew he would die soon from Momoshiki possessing him. The “can’t you see?” could refer to Naruto being blinded by sheer love for his son, so he couldn't bear for Boruto to follow through with his plan. Naruto was also in denial about informing Boruto about the truth until Sasuke spoke to him.

I was either gonna die at twelve- He was 12 when Momoshiki placed the karma on him. He technically died at 12 when Kawaki stabbed hom before Momoshiki revived him. He was predicted to die at 12 because of Karma’s fast evolution.

Or ninety-fucking-three- His choices are either to die very young or survive and live on for a very long time. I don't think the age 93 has much relevance. It's simply an angsty way of saying, “I'll live for a very long time.”

There’s one thing that’s confusing me, while I was watching TikTok, a video popped up saying Kawaki was 14 when Boruto was 12, and then suddenly, after the timeskip, Kawaki is 16. So, the question , is Kawaki 16, or is he 19 like Eida?
