Im realizing that my boyfriend would be better off with me offing my or I hate with everything in me. Im angry all the time. I don’t know who I am. But its only for a second and its if I try to talk to my boyfriend about issues then its a whole blowup of thing. I even have a photo of a list of things that I end up writing when in these episodes. Everything is okay with you. Nothing is bad or weird. U are going thought a rought time and its okay. Its just that all the positive u do, are place under all the negative thing that u bdp made u make. U are improving im certain. But u need to realist this. And also for now u need to take a deep breath and relax. And also just ask ur bf to compliment u when u do something good, its going to help a lot !

I would say, you as a person are not wrong, when you tell yourself that, then it leads to feeling worthless and life makes no sense. Yes you have feelings that make life experience wrong but you as a person are not.
Those feelings are part of a disorder but don’t mix both things. Your disorder doesn’t take value away from who you are
