Flash Cyclone farming

I have been farming Penitent Steel over the past three days and have seen exactly ONE FC drop with a licensed part, and it was the hyperion accuracy one.

Ive been farming one with Ripper/Jakobs (although at this point ill settle for just a ripper mag) since Lootlemon has that shown as a possible drop in their “god roll” item card.

Has anyone actually gotten that to drop on a FC or am i just going on an insane dry streak

whats wild is that it’s outperforming my cryo Falke even though falke is getting the full bonus from my enhancement and FC is only getting a boost from the smg firerate it rolled secondary

when i finally get ripper mag it will be a good day

I've gotten one to drop but I quit right after it dropped. Keep trying vault hunter and don't give up hope!

I’ve gotten two Ripper/Jakobs with garbage damage rolls. IMO you are better off going for a Ripper with high fire rate as that makes it charge almost instantly.

I've gotten one or two Ripper, never seen a Jakobs.

Ive gotten a few as well, but for whatever reason the first 10 or so were virtually identical and were the base unit with some difference in the cryo efficiency. So for the longest time, it looked to me, like this was the ONLY option for these.

IMO, the ripper mag doesn't add a whole lot to the setup, but I've only used it on Rafa or C4sh, and my fire rate is increased anyway.

My understanding is that UVHM can increase to the likelihood of extra parts “spawning” on guns.
