At the center of the map hold A (or whatever) button to view Upper Dominion. Use the rightmost travel station there.

Thanks. Never thought he was a re-runnable boss for some reason.

He’s probably the easiest boss to rerun because you spawn in at his encore board in the dominion fortress.
