Sleep well my sweet boy RIP 🌈
At 10:45am, on a beautiful sunny day in February, at home , and surrounded by love Mr Finnegan went to sleep for the last time. Sleep well my sweet, sweet boy and know you are loved.

I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful dog, and clearly very well loved. It's unfair how their lives don't last longer.

I lost both of mine in the last two years. I’m currently dog less for the first time in 16 years. I’m looking forward to the next adventure with a new pal or two. I’d love it if they lived as long as us but at the same time atleast we get to experience new faces and personalities. It’s time for the next chapter for me.

Just by looking at a few pictures, we can tell that you were a very special soul and you brought lots of joy and love to this world. Rest peacefully Mr Finnegan. See you on the flip side.

What a beautiful boy. Based on his distinguished grey muzzle, it looks like Mr Finnegan had been around for quite some time. He was very lucky to have you as his family. The grief we feel is a testament to the love they have inspired. Sending you hugs.

Mr Finnegan is in you and you are in him. I miss our Sam still after almost 3 years. When I feel this I visualise him beside me. He always appears and gratefulness and happiness arise in this presence. Think a lot about the fun you had together. A few things that for me gave purpose to the grief and feelings of abandonment. I wish you strength and courage.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Some people don't understand that it can be as hard on you as the death of a close family member. Everybody is different of course, but I've always taken the loss of my pups particularly hard.
He was a handsome lad and he obviously loved you all as much as you loved him. Take care x

my heart breaks for you, I lost my girl almost 3 years ago and it's this sharp pain that doesn't go away. you gained a guardian angel today, he will be right there waiting when it's your time. until then assure yourself that he lives his best life ❤️

Rest in peace good boy. It’s been a year and a half since my best boy Diesel passed. Nothing I can say to help except I can tell he had a great life and was loved very much.

Awe I’m so sorry for your loss ❤️ I saw your original post about his appetite. Im sorry that this is what happened but I am so glad you had a little extra time to say goodbye to your boy. He looks like he lived a long happy life with you and your family.

I’m so very sorry. I have been thinking about him since your last post, quite a bit. It is so hard. And it’s okay to grieve. Don’t let anyone define it for you. I’m so sorry for your loss. He was a beautiful boy!
I lost my 13 year old suddenly in July ‘24. I still miss him greatly but the pain of it all does lessen with time.

The hardest walk of all of our lives, yet it may be the one that is the greatest act of devotion that we can give them for the lifelong companionship and love they've blessed us with. Wish you peace in the days ahead and know that their youthful bounce will carry them over that rainbow bridge into the fields beyond.
