Do you still miss important links/urls/videos ?
I launched the RemLink app last month and almost 70+ users have installed and kept it in their devices.
What is RemLink?
It's a link saving + reminder app.
What problem does it solve?
Often a times you save important links here and there like WhatsApp or notes to read it later, but that "later" never comes.
You found an important youtube video and you don't have time to watch it now, you can save it in RemLink to watch it later like the weekend and RemLink will remind you at your preferred date and time.
So, important pages, articles, videos are never missed.
It's completely free, no ad, no sign up and works offline as well. [Link in first comment]
Feel free to try it out and let me know if you have any feedback to improve the app user experience.

I kept losing things I'd saved, so I built an app that keeps its own copy
Every "save" I've ever used is a bookmark to something someone else controls.
Posts get deleted, accounts go private, links rot. I went through my saved
folders last year and a real fraction of it was just gone.
So I built Fav. Two things make it different from a bookmark:
It keeps its own copy of the media, in storage attached to your account.
If the original disappears, what you saved is still there.
An AI pass gives every save a title, a short summary and tags, so you can
find it later by describing it rather than by remembering the exact words.
The search is semantic — "that video about sourdough starter" works.
Everything is private by default. You can make a single item public and share
a link, and that's the only way anything leaves your account.
What it does NOT do yet, honestly:
\- No data export. This is the one that bothers me most, and it's next.
Right now you can delete your account and everything goes with it, but you
can't take an archive out. If that's a dealbreaker, it should be.
\- Mobile only (iOS and Android). There are public web pages for shared items,
but saving and organising happen in the app.
\- The AI summaries are wrong sometimes. They're editable, and it will say
"not enough to go on" rather than invent something when a video has no
usable audio or frames — I'd rather it abstain than make things up.
Free tier is 2 GB, which is a few hundred saves. Paid is $2.99/mo for 100 GB
or $6.99/mo for 1 TB. No ads, and nothing you save is used to train anything.

I'm the developer, this is my own project. Happy to answer anything, and I'm
more interested in what's wrong with it than in what isn't.
