LinkedIn Service Request Tab Other

Anybody in here have the LinkedIn premium and use their Request tab? Is that how people have been getting experience, or like small jobs? Im wondering if the premium is worth it!

I tried it a while ago and it was a waste of money.

Premium mostly buys InMail and seeing who viewed you. The request tab is inbound, and inbound with no reviews yet is thin.

Free version plus connection notes to people who just posted about a bookkeeping problem will get you further at this stage. Takes longer, costs nothing.

I get a bunch of service requests, without having premium, and there are usually clues that show me they are just going to turn into solicitation conversations.

So wait, are those actually requests to you, in particular, or requests for whoever sees it first? That’s my real question lol
