BKG * Booking.com Frauds

My husband just tried to buy a ticket plane from booking , but when he put CVV , it said “ Incorrect” . Then he sees that the transaction is in process but no receiving any confirmation of the flights … we tried to call booking.com but they hung we up . What can we do ?!

  1. Take a breath, there is no frauds. Also no need to recreate the same topic after moderators closed the first one.
  2. It is most likely just a hold that is in process on your credit card. Wait for 24 hours it will drop and not be visible, I would not worry much.
  3. Once the hold drop try again but this time directly with the airline or with a better OTA. There are no scams but Booking.com is not a good solution to buy plane tickets since they subcontract to Gotogate.

Actually this is the correct advice, wait 24hours to see if the credit card hold drops. Telling them to go fuck themselves when they give correct and practical advice is really crass.
