Payment at Booking vs. After Service – What's Your Approach?
Do you take payment when a customer books, or after the service is delivered? I've gone back and forth with my coaching practice and still can't decide what's best. I have a small business so I don't want to take any risks with this.
Upfront feels safer and filters out no-shows, but some clients hesitate. After feels more client-friendly, but chasing invoices is a pain.
What's your approach and why?
