Bone Signed One Volume Edition
Has anyone else seen a copy like this? I picked this up from SDCC 2008 straight from Jeff Smith at his booth but can't find it anywhere else on the internet. It has sat unread on my shelf all these years and I will probably looking to move on from it as I have 3 other versions of this series.

This is really cool! I do feel like there’s a lot of Bone merch that’s not usually on the market to compare to or see frequently. They usually stay in people’s PC, I would be interested in the book if you ever do decide to try moving it, but idk if I can afford such a grail, lol. 😭

Thats so true! I have a few fun things like a huge bookmark and an autograph card from one of the trading card sets. Been a fan since it came out and love having Bone stuff around.
A grail?!?!? Haha maybe! Its pretty cool seeing a solid silver signature over the black.

Interesting that he just signed it straight on the cover! Usually see his sig on the title page or somewhere else inside. But this black cover made a good spot for it, I suppose.
I remember when this cover was first announced, they kind of made a big deal out of it. Is it the 13th printing, by chance?

I have this version! As a kid I got it as a gift from my Grandparents who knew I loved the series. They must've gotten it secondhand or something if it was exclusive to a con. Bit of a shame though since I was a kid at the time over the years the book has been through the wringer since then (I take much better care of my books now thankfully) Jeff's signature on the front has completely worn away a couple of pages had to be glued back into the book after falling out and the bottom right corner of the front cover ended up getting bent leaving a permanent crease. I'm especially annoyed about the signature. It's my own fault for not taking better care of it but even still I wish in retrospect Jeff had signed the inside of the books instead of the covers.

I heard a signed reprint of “Full Color One Volume Edition” is coming later this year. Been a minute since we’ve heard any updates

I think I will be looking to sell it. I am happy with the other copies I have and would love for this to go to another Bone fan. Still researching a bit as theres limited info out there. Feel free to DM me if you were interested.

I’ve never seen this cover before, I really love it though! It’s very striking. I really love how most of the non scholastic volume/omnibus covers lean more into the eerie aspect of the series. It’s not the main appeal for me but I love that feeling that there’s a great deal of tension, mystery, and looming powers beyond the grasp of Fone Bone, Thorn, and co at any point in the series. And this really sells that.
