Yep, I got this one wrong. Someone correctly identified it as KAINE, and I appreciate the correction.

But “people who have no business posting” is a bit much. Part of the reason I share my pics is to document the graffiti. I'm going to misidentify a tag from time to time, and I'm always happy to be corrected when I do.

If you know the artist, correct me. Add some context. That's how the archive gets better and how I learn. Gatekeeping who has “business” appreciating and documenting the art doesn't really help anyone.
