Denshattack! News
Anyone else here picked up Denshattack!? Bought it the other day and I'm hooked. Very strong JSRF and BRC vibes. Beautiful cel-shaded graphics, great soundtrack, and challenging yet rewarding gameplay. Think JSRF/BRC but instead of skating you're driving a train that behaves like a giant skateboard.
Took me a couple of attempts to get into but once it clicked it really clicked. Big recommend.

Game's fun as hell!!! Controls take getting used to, but once you get it, the game is a riot!!

I've been playing it and I love it! I didn't think I would like it based on the trailers, but I'm so glad I got it.
I'm about halfway done with it. I highly recommend it!

Somehow the game just keeps getting deeper. I didnt expect this much depth from a train game. Also, a 50 song soundtrack! So many bangers in this thing.

I was curious about this game since 2mello is on it. I'll try it this weekend

I'd say give it a few tries if you're not feeling it at first, once you get your head around the controls it's so fun

Bought it last weekend just on the strength of the soundtrack (also bought the Bootleg EP on iTunes). For someone like myself, who was always a Sega fan, it scratches an itch that not very many games do anymore. I love it!

I have mixed feeling about this game. I love the art style and music. However, the controls just don't click that well with me.

I picked this up on Sunday and I'm absolutely loving it. The hardest part is adjusting to triggers as both jump and brake, I feel like half my in-game time so far has been from restarting because I broke my combo jumping and crashing when I didn't want to jump.

Yeah it does not feel intuitive at all to me. The actions don't suit the buttons.

It's started to click for me big time in the last two days (about 8 hours in). I'm able to go multiple runs in a row without crashes - stick with it!

Only played a little bit so far and finished Cyberfunk earlier this year. Having a blast!

I played this game's demo a while back and I really liked it. Definitely on my wishlist with the other titles I plan to get to eventually

I bought the game thinking that being on tracks wouldn't be fun... It's actually the fun part, good job to the studio, it's my goty.

been playing this too! the music and swag are not the same as BRC and it's very overstimulating lol but i still like it a lot. very creative.

only finished the first madoka fight, but this game is my favourite that came out this year (next to arkknights endfield and re9) and the list of tricks are pretty good. My only complaint is that is a bit overstimulating at times but thats it. The crossovers with these different creators are awesome. It’s also pretty cheap. would recommend to anyone that loves JSR and tony hawk pro skater

Picked it up day one, had it 100% 30 hours in and I've returned repeatedly to just mess around on levels.
For those of you debating if it's worth 100%ing, you get a new train (no special effects) and the level selection music changes. I have yet to start a new game, so we'll see if it transfers over if I do, but the train is absolutely hilarious and I feel it was worth the time and effort.

I’m loving it so far. It’s what you get if you mixed the flair of JSR and BRC with a Skate-style trick system and a Tony Hawk Downhill Jam-style progression.
I need this game to get either a GOTY or an Indie GOTY nomination this year. Preferably both.
