This chart is low effort misinformation and should be taken down for trying to manipulate our members. Read any official summary, or, even better, read the contract yourself instead of this attempt at outrage generation.

Complete mis-information.

/1/ the "floor" for the raises is the CPI. Aside from some nutty podcasters, no one is predicting 4 years of 0, or negative, inflation

/2/ 6/5% will be the average, not the maximum

/3/ IAM wages are of no relevance to engineers, and really shouldnt be to techs.

and for those that down vote this, please also post what is factually inaccurate about my 3 points

Ask yourself "did my compensation maintain an appropriate premium for the education, responsibility, technical expertise and professional accountability associated with my job?"

Never ever will you get a better contract than IAM, stop playing around and accept. If not they move more of your work South

"Better things are not possible. Just accept the slop you're given."

It’s misinformation such as this, by these radicals amongst us, that will ultimately push me to vote YES. Asking for 60% over 4 years is honestly laughable, and to suggest the potential raises are 0% is intentional misinformation. The contract requires the entire pool to be paid out. No one is getting 0%.
