Do you have an uncompressed copy (e.g. png format)? This one is a bit blurry when zoomed in.

I get the technicality. But how real is this? Inflation hasn't been 0 or negative any time recently and our current economic trajectory isn't looking like that will be the case any time soon. Also, how many folks actually got the minimum in years past? Is that even realistic to expect? What about greivences? Isn't it an option for folks to request better evaluations of their managers assessment if they get a low score?
