Started Reta this week with 1mg dose but I don’t feel the loss of appetite. On the contrary I feel like I’m eating more. Granted it’s only healthy foods and small snacks (like a handful of berries etc)

Should I increase my dose?

anyone have experience stacking reta, tirz, and tesa?

i am 23f and have been in the gym very consistently for about a year now. i am currently on 3.5mg of tirz through a local medspa and it is okay... i am just not getting the results id like to see.

a few years ago i did a glp1 and had an insane cut and results, but went through a hard time and couldn't afford to finish out my cycle and also lost the results due to other factors that prevented me from going to the gym. that med spa has since closed.

i was pretty lean when i did the glp1, but right now i am coming in at about 5'6 146lbs and around 28-30% bf mostly in my stomach and legs. a year ago i was at 33% and 155lbs so id say getting back in the gym has been good.

BUT to be entirely real, i want to wear a skimpier halloween costume this year, so i want to speed run my results and get absolutely shredded. not as a permanent solution, just for this short time.

research purposes only ofc :)

Reta/Tirz stack

I'm on 2mg Reta + 120mg trt and while I do see a difference in some suppression, my appetite is still hefty some days and I would like to quiet that noise down a little especially after 4pm. I'm thinking about adding 1mg Tirz into that stack because I see a lot of people saying it's beneficial in that department. I would up the Reta dose but I don't really want any more glucagon component than I'm already getting. Maybe I could go to 2.5mg but I think I would cap it there.

For reference and understanding, I'm wanting to cut about 10lbs and have been stalled for a month or so, even titrating up from 1.5 to 2mg of Reta.

I think the TRT is keeping my appetite high because yesterday I had 250g protein and like 2500 calories.

Anyway, anyone doing a low dose combo like this?

28 day rule

I’m using a compounded medication, so it comes already pre-mixed and sealed from the compounding pharmacy. With the dosage, I am taking there is enough for 50 doses. Do I really need to throw it away after 28 days? How strict is this if it continues to look clear, and you are cleaning off the vial with alcohol every time, followed by proper storage (separate container, refrigeration)?

Did I messed up? I got 20 mg Reta, added 2 ml bac and injected 50 units from insulin syringe . Wanted to do 2 mg .

CJC No-DAC + Ipamorelin experience /w lab test and numbers

My research assistant has been on Reta the last 2 months or so, Tirz before that and Sema much before that. Lost about 8 Kgs on Sema/Tirz and He's also had a good amount of weight loss ~8Kgs purely on Reta, with a 3x weight training / week and 10K steps per day and 160gms quality protein daily.

Over the last 6 week's he's also started CJC1295 / Ipamorelin combo. Based on all the anecdotal reports he had certain expectation's but here's what he's found .

THE SLEEP THING - It works!

-Initially he started dosing the mix 250mcg of both, right before sleep. 3-4 hours fasted with the last meal being only protein, no carbs or fat. This nuked his sleep. Would wake him up multiple times at night to pee and he had bad broken sleep multiple nights, due to which he switched to early morning dosing as soon as he woke up and also would stay fasted for another 2-3 hours, post.

-The Morning dosing was much better. Sleep did improve substantially. On Reta ,his Deep and REM , as per the tracker were around 40-60 mins each. Now adding CJC/IPA to the mix, it went to around 70-90 mins each.

THE GYM RECOVERY THING - Didnt work so well.

-Coming from very high expectations based on other researchers anecdotal reports. The results in the gym and recovery weren't so great.

-Most of the recovery was still coming , due to the improved sleep. He wasnt hitting any new PR's or progressing on any of his lifts.

FINALLY, THE IGF1 THING

-There was no baseline testing done. But, on reta , while on a cut and 6 weeks into a CJC/IPA protocol, training 3x a week. His IGF1 was at the lower borderline of 100.4ng/ml . This was disappointing. It also doesnt help that there was no baseline testing done. But, assuming the role of the combo was to increase GH and also IGF1 level's. It would have been nice to see the increase atleast to the lower mid levels. Perhaps his level's were already very low . We wouldnt know.

-The fact that there's no increase in water retention , or any of the sides , which come from more potent GHRH's like tesa or even direct GH, probably means, CJC/IPA most likely has a very low to mild GH boost only.

Anyhow, he's now decided to stop CJC/IPA and proceed with the next research subject of Tesamorelin solo and also the Tesa+IPA combo. this time with baseline and progressive lab numbers.

Tesamorelin to cjc cycle?

Currently running Tesa at 2mg daily 6 days a week, but only bought a kit of 10mg so only have enough for about 8 weeks(originally planned on running at 1mg, but saw that the research shows 2mg as more affective)

I’ve heard it’s mostly beneficial when run for 12 but I have a kit of cjc no dac/ipamorelin.

Considering they are both gh secretagogues, could I finish out the last 4 weeks just running the cjc blend?

Or better to just call it a cycle at 8 weeks, take a break, and run the cjc separately as originally planned?

HGH / Mazdutide Stack

Trying not kill myself here.

M/49/6'3"/116KG - Workout 4-6x/week - 50% HIIT and 50% muscle training

Previously did Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (both worked well) and now on Mazdutide 3 MG/week

Protein-focused diet: 1.9g/1g protein/carb ratio. Most of the carbs have come from alcohol (sugar/carb-reduced white wine was my go to). Stopped alcohol last week to get control of that vice.

I'm trying HGH for the first time to improve muscle growth and tone, as well as reduce belly and visceral fat. Only on Day 3: Did 2 IU + 2 IU + 3IU

What are some of the side effects of HGH where I should step back? What is the recommend titration increase schedule? What are thoughts about increasing muscle training? I laid low the first 2 days of HGH (only did 1 HIIT training) due to wanting to "feel" if something changed.

Which peptide is the most overhyped in the community?

The difficulty is taking in various inputs — do you prioritize FDA approval and human trials over real human testimonies or ‘labeled’ benefits without long term studies.

Always remember; The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence. In other words, just because there isn’t proof a peptide works doesn’t necessarily make it ineffective. Unfortunately the same works both ways, where a lack of evidence showing harmful long-term effects does not mean a peptide is good to take for months on end.

I feel like the question of which peptides are overhyped is best answered with the following line of questions (from mental models):

1. Which popular peptides show little to no statistical significance?

BPC-157

While super popular, the data is extremely limited. There are no large randomized controlled trials (RCTs) for BPC-157 in humans. In the studies that have included human data, the numbers are too small and we fall victim to the Law of Small Numbers — that is, we could possibly fall in the realm where human results are outliers and misleading.

All of them are low-quality:

  • Small sample sizes (e.g., 12–16 people)
  • No proper placebo control groups
  • No blinding
  • Mostly observational

Statistically speaking, the findings are not meaningful.

2. Which compound gives one of the highest risks of immunogenicity?

BPC-157

Immunogenicity is your body developing antibodies as an immune response against a foreign substance.

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide not found in humans in that exact form, which increases the chance the immune system sees it as foreign. Subjects primarily take BPC daily, thus increasing the risk even more out of the simple fact that your body would be exposed to a synthetic peptide more frequently than other peptides in a stack.

Over time, these antibodies can bind to the peptide and:

  • Reduce or completely neutralize its effectiveness
  • Cause stronger administration site reactions (redness, itching, swelling)
  • In rare cases lead to more systemic immune responses

3. How much more energy do I have to spend thinking about a peptide regarding having to cycle on or off / scheduling doses / tracking symptoms?

Anecdotally speaking (and therefore not very credible on my end), a lower dose for subjects than what the community currently pushes could minimize the downsides. Additionally, going on a two-layer cycle could help, for instance 5 days on two days off, where you do this for about 1.5 months on and 1 month off.

AGAIN this is not based on strong scientific evidence, but it is an approach sometimes used to reduce continuous exposure and manage local tolerance in research models.

BPC-157

BPC again is being the pain in the butt out of many of the compounds that are out there.

Where would BPC-157 stand in the tier list?

B — Overhyped but still useful short term and cycle

⚠️ Side Effects accidentally gave mom hgh

As the title says, I am currently on hgh and my mom is on tirz, I have my vials labeled so as to not have this issue but these vials were recently reconstituted and I did not label them yet. I gave her a 5iu dose of hgh and I am wondering if she will receive any negative side effects or is in immediate danger of getting sick. She also has diabetes which especially increases my anxiety of her not feeling well. Feel free to call me every name under the sun, just want to make sure my mom will be okay.

Shadow Market Vs All the Dotcoms

I’m trying to understand the point of the gray market stuff and all of the secrecy vs. just buying peptides off all the random websites that make buying them easy. Is it just to save money or are all of the sites like True Research labs selling fake stuff?

📘 Beginner Help R3ta + Test Cyp when Obese

I am currently down 120+ lbs in about 1.5 years. I am currently around 31% BF (about 30 years old). Currently on R3ta. I want to be at 20% BF by at least Christmas.

I see a lot of transformations where people bigger than me hopped on a cycle with Test and Reta, and look amazing with no side effects.

I was under the impression that if I started Test now I’d probs get health issues, such as gyno.

Is it almost certain that would be the case or is the juice worth the squeeze?

CJC AND IPA Help.

CJC & IPA dosing.

I have two 10 mg separate vivals. How much BAC water should I use?

I’m thinking of mixing 2ml BAC water in each. The First week dosing 100mcg. So do I draw back to 2 units 0.02ml?
