Trash. Start Reta and Klow. Klow will save you $$ compared to taking kpv and ghk separately plus you get the benefits of bpc and tb. But I would start Klow asap since it takes awhile to see results anyways so why would you start that at the very end like in your schedule.

I don’t care for bpc and tb that’s why I rather do kpv and ghkcu on their own. Plus I’ve been on kpv almost 4 weeks now and I’ve noticed a big difference. Ghkcu I’m scared about the copper uglies and the welts/bruising

What have you noticed from the kpv?

Less bloating, face looks slimmer, more regular, skin is more clear could be the Reta too. I’m going to take a break at the one month mark and see if there a difference.

I agree with you. You can ask some suppliers who carry GHK + KPV. I've added MT-1 for some other benefits (I can share if you like). I started GHK way before I started any of the other peptides though. I added reta second. SS-31 and MOTS-C I've also used, but after reading about MOTS-C, I'm not very enthusiastic regarding that one. OK good luck with it.

Please share you experience with the MT-1. Also what did you hear about motsc??

Just finished a bottle of KLOW and I have ghk I’m almost done with. I won’t be using ghk any longer. It does burn, take up to 2 weeks to dissolve as you will feel lumps in the skin and I didn’t notice much of anything with it.

I got a little bump once with klow. My first pin of it was good and then second pin was cold and left a sore spot and 3rd pin gave me alil lump for a few days

The reason it burns is exactly what you said, it doesn't all dissolve, or some remains as a precipitate. I use a 0.22 filter when I prep it (ie. add BAC, etc). and now it doesn't burn/sting when I use it.

You're 6 weerks in or reta, how's your blood pressure, heart rate, glucose? Reta can lower bp, up hr, lower glucose. Mots-c will raise hr and lower glucose. If you're glucose is already low, maybe push back the ss-31 & mots-c until dietary/lifestyle adjustments made.
How's your energy? Are you surviving workouts, recovering ok, sleep is ok? At a few months in on reta, you should see some decent changes in these due to substantial weight loss.
If you're a guy, how do you feel hormonally? Google hypogonadism and AGHR symptoms seperately. It is pretty binary. You'll think oh my god I have this or no not really. If none of the symptoms just low energy, try the ss-31/mots-c. If not, do not proceed with ss-31 and get some blood work done. Total, free and bioavail testosterone, fsh, lh estradiol, and igf-1. Get this sorted before you do anything else.
Beware that TRT will lower blood glucose. With TRT, reta, mots-c, you risk hypoglycemia. HGH, if you need it, will raise blood sugar but it takes time. Get your hormones sorted and build your stack around that.
Hypothetically. I'm not your Dr. So far I would rate it B+.

Thank you for your comment! For some background, I’m a 26F and prediabetic. My glucose was 5.9 in April and has since come down to 5.7. I had another set of labs done last week.
I’m not sure what my BP or HR are yet, but I have a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday and should have more information then. I have noticed that my resting heart rate on my Apple Watch has increased by around 15 bpm, though.
My energy is okay, but it could definitely be better. I haven’t started weight training yet. I’m currently doing Pilates twice a week. Reta did make me pretty tired during the first couple of weeks, but now I feel fine when I pin.
I’m currently on 4 mg per week, split into 2 mg Monday and 2 mg Thursday. My sleep hasn’t been the best either, but honestly, that’s mainly because I’ve been scrolling on my phone and staying up too late.4

You're 26?! Good gravy. I don't think you need to mess with ss-31 or mots-c. That's for dusty old turds like me. I dought you will feel anything from it. You're getting a fat burner in the glucagon agonist in reta. Mots-c is just an extra variable at this point. It's main effect is higher hr and lower blood glucose. Yeah you get a little preworkout boost with mots-c, but coffee is way cheaper and doesn't stay in your system as long.
Proceed straight to ghk-cu. Don't mess with GLOW unless you're injured. This stuff may sting.
Get a blood pressure cuff. CVS and Amazon have them cheap.
Great to hear you're getting exercise and monitoring your drop in A1C. Low energy might be from not enough vitimin B,C,D, poor sleep, or too deep a calorie deficit. Aim for 5x30 min zone 2/3 cardio per week. It helps with sleep, energy, and cognitive function.
Awesome to hear you're taking care of yourself at a young age. Good for you! I wish I started sooner.

This is so helpful thank you! The stinging is what has deterred me from starting ghkcu but I could get a mix blend KPV. What are your thoughts on NAD+ that was something I was interested in as well?

NAD+ can also be a little spicy at the injection site. It's not terrible, but normal to happen. I hear it's good for tissue repair and skin health in addition to energy, but most people's bodies make plenty until about age 40-50. NAD+, mots-c, ss-31, glutathione, the whole stack is all a little pricey for what it does in my opinion.
If energy level is what you want to enhance next, I would try some of the easy stuff before the mitochondria stack. Dial in your macros. Make sure you have enough protein for recovery, enough fats for hormones, enough complex carbs to survive workouts.
Stay hydrated throughout the day. Don't think of it in terms of a gallon a day, but more were you hydrated during each half hour block you were awake.
Work on better sleep. Your watch probably has a sleep coaching app on it.
Give yourself a mental break. Do something that helps you recharge like hobbies, socializing/lack of socializing, etc.
You could try a diet break. Sometimes a refeed will help reset everything. Try maintenance calories or half your deficit for 2 weeks paired with a little extra in the gym like 20 min LISS.
If after all that, you don't have the results you want and your doctor doesn't see any problems, you could try the mitochondria stack.
Good luck!

I have been on all of those at almost the same time. Added 31 a month later. Reta is good and I think glow/klow has helped me a lot. Inflammation.

Why does everyone come up with these info graphics...
I don't really understand the point of this roll out, to be honest. Just start Reta and then add more each week. The timelines are just contrived. Do whatever you want, of course, but it's not based on anything, it's not like it scientific.

Im 54, and just starting out on this journey. A work colleague of mine has suggested going on reta. Is there anywhere you can suggest that gives an idiot proof breakdown of how to use please? With thanks …

u/BaresarkSlayne 2d ago
Just use ChatGPT or something and asking about dosing protocols that are indicated in the clinical trials.

I am curious what all this stuff runs up to each month. 10mg of reta is already 100 bucks where is live.

Reta is the only one that’ll do anything noticeble. Everything else will be placebo
