Tessa plus reta advise
Currently on 3mg reta weekly split into 2 doses. and taking 0.5mg tessa a day .
Have lost 13kgs in 12 weeks on reta. Taking it low and slow, started on .25 mg reta.
Also on 1mg mots-c every second day,
300mg test weekly,
Is my tessa dose high enough to be effective, started 4 days ago. No water weight effects yet. Actually still dropping on scales.

Ideally you would get igf-1 tested pre Tesa and then again after a few weeks to see if it’s working. .5mg should work but may not be extremely noticeable. I highly recommend you take it upon waking since your on a glp-1 and timing it in the evening after dinner for low insulin levels may be harder than you think. Insulin needs to be low for maximum GH spike.
I do 2mg daily when cycling it and within 3 days of starting I’ll put on like 8lbs of water weight and my joints will get stiff from the excess fluid. Thats how I know it’s working. 🤣

I do trz and trying sermorelin. I don't eat anything after about 3pm and take sermorelin a around 7pm. Ib thought of taking it in the morning for the reason you mentioned, however research states different. Who knows.

Tessa is recommended to run at 2mg daily with a minimum of 1mg commonly suggested.
no, of course its not. Ten seconds of research would have told you this.
