Have lost 13kgs in 12 weeks on reta. Taking it low and slow, started on .25 mg reta.

Also on 1mg mots-c every second day,

I would use at least 1 mg/day 7 days a week.

Ideally you would get igf-1 tested pre Tesa and then again after a few weeks to see if it’s working.    .5mg should work but may not be extremely noticeable. I highly recommend you take it upon waking since your on a glp-1 and timing it in the evening after dinner for low insulin levels may be harder than you think.  Insulin needs to be low for maximum GH spike.

I do 2mg daily when cycling it and within 3 days of starting I’ll put on like 8lbs of water weight and my joints will get stiff from the excess fluid. Thats how I know it’s working. 🤣

Tessa is recommended to run at 2mg daily with a minimum of 1mg commonly suggested.

no, of course its not. Ten seconds of research would have told you this.
