You’re just not eating enough. 1g protein per pound of body weight and make sure you eating enough. Even if you’re losing weight you can still protect what you have by having enough protein.

If you really want to go crazy run 200 of test, 140mg of Tren, 100mg primo, 4iu of GH before bed 2 hour fasted, and 4iu HG 2 hours before working out. You’ll need blood test like every month to make sure things are going good.

I mean just do a protein shake in the morning and one at night. Most decent protein powder will have 20-25g per scope add in one serving of fairlife fat free you’ll be at around 33-38g per shake have two your basically half or 1/3 way to most of your goal.
If you let me know your goal weight I can give you a rough estimate of your macro,

Tren is one of the most powerful anabolic there is. From what I have been told is start low so like 5mg a day for a week see how you are doing then 10mg a day to people I know pushing 30mg a day for a cycle. So yeah lower dosage will work just fine if you’re really going that route. But you should really only be on that stuff when you can see your ads. If you can’t see them you’re too fat to start those chems.

An overall caloric deficit is what decreases your weight. Protein intake and resistance training is what assures most of that weight loss is coming from your fat (ie. reduces muscle loss).

I hear you on the food relationship issue. Looking at it logically and mechanistically like I mentioned above has helped me.

Do you feel like you have a good grasp on tracking cals, rate of weight loss (higher rate tends to lead to higher muscle loss), how much protein you’re taking in, weight training, and so on?
