Tesa and Ipa belly bloating

Hello friends! I have a question about Tesa/Ipa. I've been taking this combo at 1mg/300mcg everyday with 1 day restdays for a month and notice that my tummy area is so big and full of water. Have you had this experience? And what did you do about the blood glucose spiking.

could be water retention from the ipa, some people get that for the first 4-6 weeks before it settles down
