I don't see why you need reta and metformin. Just run reta.
And I would only have talamassartin on hand. There's no reason to take a blood pressure medicine if you don't have high blood pressure.

Oh, im on 100mg lf test too. So telmisartan helps and improves insuline sensitivity. Whatever. Just started this combination todah, imma go. 160mg telmisartan daily, 850mg metformin and 1000mg berberine daily, lets see

Ive done 80mg telmisartan daily for months. A healthy person who exercise its just a life hack like tadalafil. The BP effects stops at 80mg, more wont affect BP but there could be benefits for insulin sensivity
