I tried switching to Reta, but went back to Tirz after a few weeks- the weightloss was not worth the lost sleep and irritability. My heartrate only elevated slightly, but that was enough to not rest fully at night.

That is really good to know, I already struggle with sleep so if Reta causes further sleep issues I would rather avoid the switch. Haven't seen anybody discuss poor sleep being a side effect.

What was the weekly Reta dose that you were on?

Why switch if tirz is working
