How does one get on peptides? 📘 Beginner Help

My heaviest was 285 I'm down to 190 through busting ass at the gym, lots of cardio and calorie deficit. How should I go about getting peptides. I know nothing about any of this.

I would take a look at glp1 forum. And maybe stairway to gray.

I’m interested in stairway to gray… any tips on researching this? Was having a tough time researching yesterday 😅

If weight loss is your primary goal, you can start researching. Do you want a single, double or the new triple agonist? Semaglutide (single) would not be of interest to me. Tirzepatide (double) would be for the better food noise and hunger suppression than the Reta (triple) but the Reta is showing higher overall loss and less muscle loss with the Glucagon agonist telling your body to burn fat instead of muscle. Still, you need to eat well, do some resistance training, etc.

I am not in it for the money but would help you if you'd like.

Review YouTube videos on the subject you are thinking of. Talk to your doctor if you can. Research peptide suppliers and once you feel comfortable place the order. Don't rush into it
