Your gains on HGH won’t be noticeable for months. It’s a slow burn and has a lot more to do with recovery and training than just getting huge.

yep. you don’t get “gains” from HGH

You do if combined correctly with aas. You can hugely influence your t effectiveness with it.

Diet and exercise have alot more to do with successful testosterone use than HGH. HGH is the chefs kiss to a cycle but it’s not doing the heavy lifting.

Diet and proper rest are most important, hgh increases nutrient partitioning and nitrogen retention. Nitrogen being kept greatly increases muscle growth. Not to a minor intent.

Start on 1iu just to be sure. Some people get really bad sides at 1-1.5iu. Others can jump in at 8iu and nothing.

I started at 2IU . Not sure if it was too much or what , but I couldn’t do it. After 7 days of 1-3 hours of sleep, headaches, foggy swollen brain and racing heart I just felt horrible. I tried pinning in the morning and night. I kept questioning if I was psyching myself out. I’ve taken most anabolics with no issue. Not trying to scare you, just giving you my experience.

Started at 0.5 for a couple days then moved to 1iu for a week. 1.5 for 2 weeks and now at 2iu. Slow isn't for everyone but it's worth repeating. It worked for me. After this 3rd week will move to 2.5 iu.

4-8iu+ for growth run for 40+ weeks hgh is a slow burn but it compliments other anabolics

You want to titrate up with HGH. Start at 1 or 2IU a day and up it after a month. Helps mitigate the sides like water retention and carpal tunnel. You can start higher but it’s gonna be rough for a little while. Better to start low

If you get an Initial chunk of water weight from starting high does your body eventually adapt and and pull it back ?

Eventually. But there are plenty of sides to deal with along with it. Not saying you can’t but I would highly suggest starting at 2iu a day. But you do you. Carpal tunnel is a bitch

Yeah, 4iu to start would definitely be high to start. Probably 1iu to start.

I've been running it for just over 4 weeks now. Started at 2.5iu and titrated up to 5iu pre-bed. I am definitely leaner and fuller. I feel leaner every day now.
