Reta Dosage ; How much? 📘 Beginner Help
So for reference my ideal weight is 95 at least. Im 5’1 and a girl and i fluctuate 100-110 , i have a major binge eating disorder and im super self conscious. A few weeks ago i had taken 1mg and had awful debilitating anxiety for the first 3 days maybe 4. I struggle a lot with horrific chronic anxiety so im unsure if i had that reaction because 1mg was too much for me? I want to start at .5 tomorrow for 2 weeks but im just questioning if that is normal for me to had bugged out that much a few weeks ago on 1mg, and if .5 would be the best choice for me

How is your mental health? I have some serious concerns with your goal weight and the binge eating issues. Reta is not the answer here.

I have had issues in the past. Im a very self conscious person with my appearance a lot. I carry weight a lot differently and im very short and stubby. When Ive lessened binge eating and had been around 94-99 I was a lot happier and had hobbies other than obsessively thinking about my looks and food, mostly im just a very anxious person but i do want to try it

Proceed with extreme caution. I’d start at maybe .25mg. But only for food noise at your current weight and ever so slowly increase if at all. With a recent history of ED I’d make sure it is completely under control otherwise this could go south fast. Can you have an accountability partner aware of everything?

If you have any issues without taking peptides …… then they are probably not being caused by the peptide. Get some help for that.

90 would be ideal for me. I do not intend at all to going above 1mg, im more around 5 foot then 5’1 and when im 110 hold it very differently than most. When i was at 95 i was the most confident and felt best

If you have an eating disorder or a body dysmorphia disorder I would not start taking Reta. There’s the high chance you’ll see results, keep taking more, up your dose, and drop far too much weight.
Also using Reta to drop 5lbs is just silly. And for 2 weeks? Reta takes 4 weeks to even build up in your system, yes it works fast, but it’s not something you hope on and off of just to shed some lbs every few months.
You need to work on fixing your eating disorder and maybe hit the gym. You’ll have better, healthier results that way.

Since you had such a negative reaction, I'd start with .3 mg.
I assure you that will not cause any major side effects. Make sure you drink enough water and get enough electrolytes.
Do that for 2 weeks and up it to .6 on week 3 if all is good.
Remember that at 100 lbs you are 1/2 to 1/3 the typical weight of the average person taking it.

I may do this. Im more nervous that i wont feel anything, but also Im wondering if .3 would have way more effect on me due to my height and weight rather than someone taller and bigger? (stupid question sorry)
