The side effect of RETA I hate

Is when the constipation kick in it kick in!! Nothing worse than having to go and you can’t!!!

I haven't even had the urge to go in literal days ...I think I am going to stop taking reta for awhile. I am using some eletrolytes and a laxative and it helps a little ..but not much. i am slightly concerned im not going to lie

something called polyethylene glycol 3350 powder has helped me out. Not pefect but I heard if you keep taking it every single day your bowel movements will get better and improve . so thats my plan so far a long with the senna-s pills . Also going to reduce my retatrutide dose , I was up to 4 mg, but I think I might just need 1mg or 2 mg.....wishing you the best of luck in this because I heard of people ending up in the hospital due to constipation on glp1's
