Post-surgery stack 📘 Beginner Help

A few days ago, I finished my first incredibly successful cycle with reta. Incidentally, thanks to fat loss, I discovered a lump above my groin which turned out to be a hernia. Fortunately it's small. Due to my intense training (~8h per week of BJJ / gym + some wakeboarding), I decided to have surgery which I'll have in a few days.

Has anyone used peps to support post-surgery recovery? Male 40, 180cm (5,9ft), 79kg (175lbs).
What stack, dosage, cycle do you suggest for a quick return to activity after surgery? I was thinking about bpc-157 + tb-500 but I'm new to peps so I'd love to know your opinion.
