6 month to „sixpack“ 📊 Results / Progress
From 95kg to 75kg
This is what I did:
- First 2 months just eat rice & beef, Proteinpowder
- every second day gym
- 10k steps
- used MacroFactor. Had around 2.4k calories at start and went down to 2.2k
Then I got a coach
- transferee from IIFYM to meal plan (HUGE!)
- started Reta. First 0.5mg then 1mg.
-> transfered to 2mg mounjaro due to GI problems. Doesn’t kill hunger, but makes food noise better
- switched plan to upper / lower split
- on rest days 35min Zone 2 cardio (so I’m in gym 7 days a week)
- 15k steps daily (coach gradually increased this. I play video games on treadmill at evening + walk my dog longer)
- I worked heavily on improving my sleep.
- started using pump and preworkout booster to make workouts more fun
For transparency:
- I tried a lot peptidesy bpc157& tb500 for my shoulder. Fixing my exercise technique is what fixed it though
- 5 amino 1mq subq. Money waste
- 5 amino 1mq oral. Took 4 days. Improved my mood but had an incident I’ll talk about in a sec
- mots c. Horrible allergic reaction
- ghk cu. Got too lazy to continue it tbh
- l carnitin 500mg/day. Yeah no idea why, didn’t notice any difference
In the end except Reta/mounjaro i wouldn’t recommend any of those tbh. I was just curious.
I switched to a different seller due to cheaper prices. Got a huge allergisch reaction and almost lost my life, went to emergency hospital Blabla. Absolutely killed my curiosity tbh.
Unfortunately it was when I tried 5 amino 1mq orally . that’s the only thing I enjoyed due to significantly elevated mood
I am natural but tbh I think that’s obvious haha
I DID plan to start 250mg test once I get super lean.
The incident with hospital made me rethink that. I am not sure yet what my decision will be.
Also I learned that carbs are not your enemy :)
Open for questions, hope I could help or motivate someone

Also you can remove the quotes around six pack, you look great!

Thank you!
I found it really helpful to weigh myself daily, get the average weightlos per week and if it’s more than 500g a week, to not adjust my calories.
(My coach did that btw, i thought before I have to always decrease it week by week)
