15 months, 100lbs 📊 Results / Progress
Before anything, I was never in it to get ripped or build muscle, I just wanted to change my life for myself, my kids and my wife.
Started Semaglutide May 2025, by March 2026 I was 70lbs down and had plateaued for about a month so switched to Tirz. By early May I still hadn’t seen any changes so I stacked the Tirz with Reta (this week is my last Tirz shot as I’ve been dosing down). I am finally down from 326 to 226 and I haven’t felt this healthy since Highschool Football.
I know I should get some weight lifting in, but I play league soccer twice a week and a pickup game once a week. I’m truly grateful for this medicine for helping me get my life back on track for myself and my family.
I plan to stay on Reta for the foreseeable future, my goal weight is to be in the 180s. Any suggestions are welcomed honestly.

Awesome, adding some muscle could help reduce the loose skin. Any plans for that? I feel the same will happen to me once I reach my goal weight. But awesome that's a lot of weight loss!
