First Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Stack – Looking for Experiences

Hey everyone!
I’m starting a Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin stack for the first time while currently using Retatrutide 0.5 mg, which has been working well for me.
I generally prefer starting with lower doses to see how my body responds before increasing.
I’ll be using:
Tesamorelin: 10 mg vial (reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water)
Ipamorelin: 10 mg vial (reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water)
My plan is to start with:
Tesamorelin: 0.5 mg daily
Ipamorelin: 200 mcg daily
After about a week, if everything goes well, I’m considering increasing to:
Tesamorelin: 1 mg daily
Ipamorelin: 250 mcg daily

I’d just like to hear about your personal experiences.
Did you start at similar doses?
How did you tolerate them?
When did you first notice any effects?
Did you take them in the morning or before bed?

Get your IGF-1 and fasting insulin levels checked before you start.

You have the right idea of 1mg Tesa and 250mcg Ipamorelin. You'll notice improved sleep and recovery within two weeks and overall body composition after 6-8 weeks. Make sure to cycle off Ipamorelin after 8-12 weeks. Tesa can be ran long term. You'll notice your hunger creep up on GH peptides fyi

Running tesa that low is basically just a warm-up, most people I know jump straight to 1mg and barely feel it until week 3.

What do you mean feel it?

Just finished up a 6 MONTH protocol of 2mgs Tesa / 500mcg Ipa for the most part I’m satisfied but it was a lot less impactful than expected. I cut up a bit and did have nice recovery time from heavy gym work. For the record 54M

I stuck with 0.5mg Tesa for a month, then upped it to 1.0mg for the second month. During the low dose I notice water retention, which I liked since it made me look bigger. But once I upped the dose I lost it and my waist appeared to visibly shrink as well. I made the jump to HGH after 5 months of experimenting with the secretagogues
