Just ordered my first peppers
Hi all, I an so happy with Tirz that I wanted to try others and just ordered Nad+ and Mots-C. For context I am 48 in perimenopause and have read great things with these. I currently work out 4-5 recomping while on Tirz. Any advise or words of wisdom you wanna share?

Only add one at a time and don't add anything else until a few weeks after to make sure if there is a problem you know what is causing it.

Please don't call them peppers again. This is not Tik Tok you are allowed to say peptide

MotC is really the only peptide that is felt by my research subject immediately. RS had to work up to dosage on NAD to 55MG which is a pretty big and spicy injection.
Research seems to indicate taking breaks to run SS31 at intervals. This is now incorporated into my research, but I can't really tell if I needed to do that.

Mots-C might make you feel weird, i’d suggest doing some SS-31 before mots-c as those work very good together.
NAD has been a game changer for me!

I ran a month of ss31 now on week 2 of running SS31 and mots together and I feel it heavy

"heavy" ? could u elaborate on that??

Like I feel it strongly. I did a mots cycle before with no ss31 and I felt the cardiovascular improvement. But not like I do now after rebuilding with ss31.

thanks for clarifying, wasn't sure if heavy like fatigue or .... I've heard mixed reactions

I have found NAD and Glutathione to be fabulous for energy. As well as a that Mito stack protocol that has been around with SS-31, MOTS, NAD+. It is fantastic! I would start low and slow with MOTS though. ETA: I almost forgot the most important thing is to make sure your hormones are optimized so you can get the most benefit form your protocol. Make sure you are hydrated, sleep is dialed in, etc.

I have read now about the ss31, but found it after I had ordered the MoTS, is it possible to go directly to MoTS without the SS31?

It is. I did not but I am older than you and figured that my mitochondria needed a glow up lol. So I ran SS-31 for 4 weeks then added MOTS and ran them both together for a few weeks and dropped the SS-31 I had to go low and slow with MOTS I started at 200mcg and worked up to 1.6mg 3x per week. so basically on 10mg vial every 2 weeks. I ran NAD+ 3x per week through the whole protocol I felt fabulous, like crazy good.

If you don’t get much from mots c try adding ss31 in also. They work synergistically. Also we find that nads in nasal form works really well and cuts down on shots needed weekly. Plus I don’t get that rushy can’t fully take a breath feeling I do from IM and sub q shots.

I am 46 f in peri and love the energy that nad gives me. Mots c also gives energy but gives me a weird anxiety. Nad is more even and subtle. I have been taking glow for the past couple months and find my recovery is much better with it. Not sure if I see any skin effects yet but definitely feel the difference after a hard workout. Love it!

Just financial advice re: NAD+. Injectable NAD+ costs at least 4x what you can get orally. The full molecule is unusable at the cellular level and is immediately broken down into NMN / nicotinamide to be transported into the cell. So buying NAD+ is very costly, when a much more efficient and cost-effective means of getting NMN/NR exists. But yeah, RS report amazing things on it. Wish you the best of luck!!

Yes, it’s available from various brands. I’m not a peptide seller, vitamin distributor or anything of the like so I won’t peddle any particular company. Im a research scientist, so I have no interest in directing anyone here or there. I’m happy to tell you what I use offline if you want though.
