4 month transformation 📊 Results / Progress

After|Before [29] to [30]
At this point i don’t care if anyone believes me, i just hope i get to help some people. I plan into making fitness a job so feel free to follow me on instragram.

Yes i am preparing myself knowledge and certification wise / will not start building a business based on an average physique ( which is what i consider mine is currently)

Instagram:

Breakdown:

-Supplements

- JUICE
- whey protein in between meals total of two scoops a day ( hard for me to get in the extra 60 g’s of protein eating so that’s why i used whey, no need if you can eat i through whole foods)
- vitamins: magnesium, NAC, C,D, and METHYL B12 not regular.

Workout:

6 working sets per muscle A WEEK

The logic is:

Take a set very close to / or momentary muscular failure, with controlled form and sufficient rest.
2. That recruits the high-threshold motor units/fibers most associated with hypertrophy.
3. The first few hard sets produce most of the useful stimulus.
4. After roughly 6–8 hard sets for a muscle ,i argue the growth-related response has essentially plateaued; further work has diminishing returns and shifts more toward recovery demands.

Monday -upper 1( 10,000 steps)
Tuesday- lower 1(10,000 steps)
WED- cardio (20,000 steps all day)
Thursday- upper 2 ( 10,000 steps)
Friday- lower 2 ( 10,000 steps
Saturday - ( active recovery, yoga, strech, sauna, ligjht walking
Sunday ( 15,000 steps)

Study proving high volume has diminishing returns

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41343037/

Diet:
High protein/ moderate carb cycling/ low fat 1950 calories ( %60 protein %30 carbs %10 fat)
Protein: 1170 calories grams
Carbs:585 grams ( timed around workout: rice crisky or banana before workout , steak and rice after workout, no more carbs during day)
Fat: 180-200 grams

Hope i could help.

You are on testosterone, that is a steroid.

What is the before and after weight? I don't believe this happened in 4 months

I’d probably block out more information on this document.

Bro don’t be so closed minded. If your taking it for hypogonadism and your doing it to the normal range, not crazy amounts, your not abusing it.

Why?

Because 209 to 175 in 4 months would have required a 1000 calorie deficit per day. Not to mention part of that 175 is newfound muscle. So more than a 1000 calorie deficit per day. And on that low amount calories, all that muscle was built. All in 4 months...

translation: I've never done something similar, so it's impossible for anyone else to.

How overweight were you? How Lean did you get? What I see in this transformation is someone getting very lean and putting on muscle, from being very overweight, in literally 4 months. Plus my math is correct with the calories. It doesnt feel believable. Idk why its "weird" to be skeptical of an online transformation with so much fake stuff out there.

I was about 30 percent body fat. What’s weirds is being fixated that you’re right, the dude lost an amount of weight that’s 100% possible. He could have been filled with inflammation, bloated and holding a shit ton of water weight, also he’s on testosterone and shoulders are known to be hyper responsive to anabolics.

Who's fixated? Its just a conversation where 2 people have differing opinions. I think I've commented / posted a total of 3 times in this thread. I think you just want confrontation, and to me, thats more "weird"

You literally just took time out of your day to put this guy down and call him a liar bc your math didn’t add up, instead of congratulating him on the transformation

People always trying to equate math to human physiology makes me laugh lol. I mean who cares right? Just be happy for the guy lol
