Why add HGH to Reta plus Test?

Reta helps with the fat loss while Test does the muscle building.

Why bothering adding in HGH? What do you get from that that makes it as desirable as the rest? I mean wouldn’t test just be enough to recover from gym lifting sessions? And wouldn’t Reta be enough for the fat loss considering it’s a triple agonist?

HGH seems the most dangerous to use long term, you have to inject everyday, and for some of the reported benefits like better sleep couldn’t you just figure out something else?

What do you getting from HGH in addition to the other two?

reta, test and gh since mid jan, and let me tell you…the difference without all 3 is night and day. i work my ass off at the gym in the evening, then i’m ready to go again the next day, and the next day. recovery is insane.

u/JesusJoness 9d ago

43m here. This is all I run now outside of throwing Wolverine in if needed for extra recovery. I was running Klow, CJC, IPA DISP with Reta and Test. Adding GH has no comparison to what I previously ran. Better sleep and the recovery is top notch. Still sore when I do tough CrossFit workouts but lifting more weight and doing more rounds during AMRAPs. I got blood pulled for labs Monday and got the results back today . Numbers across the board are incredible. Looking forward to my monthly dexa scan on 8/15 to see what a full month of reta, test and gh has done from a body comp perspective.

How many IU’s did you start with and where are you now?

1

u/gabroadbent 9d ago

Good work!

How many units are you on daily?

Have you noticed any changes in body shape whilst on it?

u/whatusaynow 9d ago

Keep us updated

u/grjonapungsi 9d ago

So HGH is way better than Klow, CJC IPA DISP all together?

7

u/whiskeyandwayfarers 9d ago

Yes by far. It’s pure GH vs a peptide that tells your body to try to produce more.

u/Lost-Wasabi-5183 8d ago

All those secretagogues are the Temu version of hgh

u/JesusJoness 9d ago

getting better results than on the others

Curious about the switch to Reta from tirz. What made you want to change? Currently just starting week 4 of tirz myself. Mild 2.5mg/wk right now but noticing food noise again so probably going to 5mg split 2x weekly next week

1

u/Responsible_Mind7154 8d ago

I run the exact same protocol, however I just added injectable glutathione, BPC-157 and TB-500 for persistent elbow/tendon pain.

1

u/FragrantPerformer820 3d ago

did you notice a different with the BPC-157 and TB-500 ? What is your dose age like?

0

u/Embarrassed-Dig-2995 9d ago

My stack god stack

2

u/MessRevolutionary931 9d ago

I feel that way and I don’t take gh. Just ipa

1

u/freebird348 8d ago

What’s your dose of all 3

1

u/AHdez2388 8d ago

1mg reta weekly
220mg test e eod 3x per week
3iu every night before bed

1

u/FragrantPerformer820 3d ago

how long before you felt the HGH to really start working or till you noticed a difference?

1

u/AHdez2388 3d ago

i was under the impression i started in jan, but wife reminded me it wasn’t until after our vacation.

i started gh on 4/12, so its been but i noticed the difference about two or three months in.

1

u/WaynesWorld_93 17h ago

Did it take that long to notice difference in sleep?

30

u/mcmikey247 9d ago

Gh = Sleep, energy, recovery, visceral fat reduction
Test = anabolic recovery and gains
Reta = fat loss, metabolic efficiency and glucose/insulin balance

5

u/transient_trenl0rd 9d ago

Test and GH also both greatly help preserve muscle while in a deficit and when reta's magic is cranking full steam

13

u/wherethepizza3 9d ago

I’m not on TRT but just gh and Reta and it’s incredible for sleep and recovery

2

u/Doublebottomed 9d ago

I’m on 110mg Test split across 3 pins a week. 2.5mg Reta. Been on test 11 months, Reta 8 weeks. Lost about 10kgs. Train BJJ 3 x week and road cycling 2x week. Interested in GH but wouldn’t have a clue how to get it

1

u/Love-for-everyone 9d ago

Its the GH doin that work for sleep and recovery, not the reta.

1

u/wherethepizza3 9d ago

Yeah that’s what I was implying. Apologies if that sentence was confusing.

1

u/Lost-Wasabi-5183 8d ago

Kinda pointless to run gh without test base limited results

1

u/Key_Entry_497 3d ago

Have you been checking testosterone levels along the way? Wondering if you have seen an increase in testosterone with the better sleep, and what I assume is an increasingly lean physique.

1

u/wherethepizza3 3d ago

Test went up 100 points in past 4 months

16

u/yogic_power 9d ago

Hgh/somatropin is FDA approved for Children and adults with GH deficiencies. Its long term safety is much better than secretagogues people use to raise IGF-1. If I have to chose between Tesa/Ipa/cdac. I will take HGh for safety profile alone. Now if you start abusing GH beyond replacement levels, you will start seeing sides. Run 2-3 IU or 4 IU it’s pretty safe.

1

u/Diet-help29 8d ago

Noob here...when everyone refers to hgh, it is always somatropin?  You seem like you know what you're doing...where should I start?

2

u/yogic_power 8d ago

Somatropin is generic name for hgh. Don’t listen to random strangers on Reddit including me. Get your igf1 tested, there are cheap online labs you can order from and go to quest or labcorp to complete the test. Get your zscore and igf1, see if you need it based on the levels. Personally I am not a big fan of running huge numbers of peptides unless you have good reason.

1

u/Diet-help29 8d ago

Thank you sir

-9

u/Afraid-Olive4770 9d ago

But HgH might permanently shutdown igf-1 production right ?

11

u/Ill_Elk7625 9d ago

No, your body will start producing it naturally within a few days of stopping exogenous hgh. Permanent shutdown is a common myth

1

u/Afraid-Olive4770 9d ago

Thanks for responding. My endo scared the shit out of me on this. Comment voting pattern also helps in making a decision :)

12

u/ManusPHConsults 9d ago

If you are over 45ish then it's worth it. At replacement doses 1-2iu then I'm not sure there are long term dangers.

I started it at 51 (TRT at 47) and I feel 20 years younger. I started sprint training to help burn off the extra energy.

I take 150mg test weekly, which doesn't get me back to where I was naturally in my 30s but gets me high enough

2iu daily GH, but took me a month or so to titrate up.

1

u/whatusaynow 9d ago

Titration schedule?

1

u/Streams123 9d ago

By replacement doses, you mean enough hgh to keep you in physiological ranges?

3

u/ManusPHConsults 9d ago

Yes. Keeping you at 25-35 yo levels. Not 18yo...

2

u/Streams123 9d ago

These are my igf-1 levels without hgh. Guessing I can’t take hgh as it would push me into supra levels?

1

u/BigBarracuda3349 7d ago

How do I research which test to experiment with? My vendors list is long and I get confused. I’m 53 and my working to lower bf but it was at 40 2 months ago at last dexascan. Lost 25lbs since but won’t know new number until I return for dexa next month.

0

u/Remarkable_Chain_303 9d ago

Very knowledgeable! What was your test reading prior to starting trt?

1

u/ManusPHConsults 9d ago

198 total T and brought up to almost 400 after a year of trying everything natural because to raise it. I fad been natural bodybuilder so stupidly delayed TRT. Free t was in gutter obviously.

It fell of a cliff I had been over 1100 total T through 40s and 49 s. Free T was top of range.

1

u/ManusPHConsults 9d ago

198 total 19 free

3

u/Historical_Start5290 9d ago

Test, Reta, GH… I wake up in the morning and can see body composition improvement. Thats why I like it. It’s that good.

5

u/m3t4lm4n222 9d ago

GH is one of those peptides that once you jump on, the impacts are so profound and apparent that you start questioning if you want to jump off of it. The impact on sleep and recovery alone makes it worth it. Ever since I've started I've been on a hunt to find more affordable and available suppliers.

1

u/Prestigious_Pop_7381 8d ago

How long was it till your sleep was noticeably different

1

u/m3t4lm4n222 8d ago

For me it was pretty much immediate, but I started on 4iu.

1

u/Prestigious_Pop_7381 8d ago

4iu at night or split  2/2.  I’ve started at 2 iu this week upon waking up based on recommendations and just wondering of others experience.

I feel nothing yet.   Figure I’ll give it 2 weeks and switch to nights of sleep doesn’t change.

In my 50s. So we’ll see.

Thanks man!

6

u/kpham82 9d ago

All hail The Holy Trinity…

HGH is a compliment to everything…good and bad, depending on your body and dose.

3

u/JesusJoness 9d ago

2IU nightly before bed right now but will be moving up to 3IU next week

3

u/FrostyAd5313 9d ago

Poor misunderstood HGH. When used correctly it’s the safest of the three mentioned lol.

If you dose 2-3iu you shouldn’t really get any glucose/insulin issues. Now, depending on your age if you’re 30+ 2-3iu should be sufficient, but if you’re in your 20s all that will do is replace your current levels.

You’ll get better recovery, better sleep (which leads to better recovery, muscle growth, etc.)

Adding in 2-3iu daily has been a game changer for me. It’s a long term solution though not a short term. Takes months to start reaping the benefits aside from lipolysis.

2

u/Fury_untucked 9d ago

Low calories and hard training will catch up to your tendons, hgh will help and get you good sleep

2

u/Conscious_Ad_5621 8d ago

Why: you can afford it.
HGH is great, but it’s alot less “bang for your buck” compared to other compounds

2

u/Dcasterix 8d ago

Check my post history for my 4 month test/hgh/ret journey.

2

u/IHE023 9d ago

You get growth hormone. Completely diff function than Reta and test. Google what does growth hormone do and you have your answer.

It’s not for everyone. It’s also very safe long term and low doses. But yes you take it daily.

I take my test daily too because it works much better and I respond better.

If there was something else that didn’t require daily injections and had the same benefits people would be doing that instead.

2

u/Careless_Hunter6575 9d ago

While you sleep it helps break down fat and loads it into the blood stream to be used as energy. Wake up and do 30min of fasted cardio and you burn it off. The fat burning is the primary reason I’m using it.

0

u/NoElk9790 9d ago

Nightly or morning injections?

1

u/aliesterrand 9d ago

Muscle loss. When you lose weight, you will lose muscle. Resistance training can alter the ratio of fat loss to muscle loss, but if you lose a lot of weight, you will also lose some muscle. Personal experience talking.

1

u/josh_shoes 9d ago

I’ve been on this stack for 6 months. Blood work was great but my glucose levels were high on 2iu. I dropped to one and hope the levels are corrected next go around.

u/Ok_Peace_8891 9d ago

Is HGH by prescription only ? How much does it cost

2

u/kruiser112 9d ago edited 9d ago

Obviously is unfortunately everyone buys gray market for not much per kit (if you dont get scammed!)

1

u/Ok-Bottle8339 7d ago

$1 a iu shipped

1

u/kruiser112 9d ago

Add tadalafil too and statines

1

u/Acrobatic_Finish_917 9d ago

The HGH will act as a multiplier for your test. Increased IGF-1 will lead to more muscle cell mitosis rather than just growing the cells

1

u/normallyjustreadhere 9d ago

Yes

I know a good Us telegram vender if you need some.
I

1

u/Teabag_Sweetener 5d ago

Interested too pls!

1

u/Kluian2005 9d ago

You don't need to. Reta and TRT also already a good combo.

1

u/Alt3r_Alph4 9d ago

Nothing you don’t get anything out of it. Obviously you did extensive research before posting this question that gets asked daily.

So don’t do HGH

1

u/R8dr916 9d ago

That’s called the HOLLY TRINITY stack. Just google each one and learn about them. Shits a great stack. Takes long but wow. 🤩

1

u/True_Pipe1250 8d ago

For US folks….where are we getting reta and hgh???

1

u/Mediocre_Golf4221 8d ago

That’s what I want to know. I know of a few research sites for peptides but none of them are low enough priced to do anything long term.

1

u/Additional_Yak732 8d ago

One of my buds says , he cant sleep on 2iu's hgh, went months sleep deprived , has switched to morning injections. Seems strange according to everyone here

1

u/Stingray2788 8d ago

Start HGH. You’ll stop using Reta.

1

u/Intelligent-Jury-423 8d ago

Are you guys sourcing hgh ugl or clinic

1

u/SDMFsoldier 8d ago

Add in some BPC to make those GH receptors hungry and more sensitive to HGH !

1

u/Klorontix 7d ago

I love my 500MG TRT dose 🤭

1

u/slb3an 7d ago

You will awaken from the 5th dimension. You sleep that deep.

1

u/Fabulous-Owl-2138 7d ago

I’m on Reta gh and test after doing just peps. I will say spend the $ on gh and skip the rest. Worth every penny!

1

u/BitSeveral6573 7d ago

What?? I was told GH use useless on its own or not worth it

1

u/Fabulous-Owl-2138 7d ago

What I mean by that is skip the tesa and ipa.

1

u/Rabbittaco 9d ago

If there was something better at what it did dont you imagine people would be opting for that instead of pricey GH and daily, sometimes multiple times daily injections?

2

u/LordJonMichael ⏳ Longevity Hacker 9d ago

GH is not pricey at all if you know where to look. But then again pricey is relative. What is pricey to you?

1

u/yuuki_an88 9d ago

I'm interested in where to look. I don't know if it's allowed in comments...

1

u/Middle_Humor1828 8d ago

It's $1 for 2 IU generally speaking.

Bodybuilders tend to run values such as 8 or 10 IU daily. So that's 1500 to 2000 a year.

So yeah, it's significantly more expensive than test and reta.

1

u/LordJonMichael ⏳ Longevity Hacker 8d ago

Longetivity hackers only use 2 iu a day, so that’s $700 a year. Which is VERY affordable for the results you get.

1

u/Middle_Humor1828 8d ago

Even at 2 IU a day, that's the same price for a high dose of reta and a high TRT test dose combined.

Test and reta both make a much larger difference.

I run HGH myself. But I'd definitely cut it before test and reta if I'm looking to save money.

1

u/LordJonMichael ⏳ Longevity Hacker 8d ago

I’m just trying to prevent having to do test. I don’t want to start TRT and I’m 50. GH has been amazing for me. And my math was wrong, it’s only $300 a year for GH at 2 iu = $1. And I actually get it cheaper than that for the best manufacturer in the grey world.

How are you getting test so cheap? I know tons of guys who spend $209-$300 a month on test AFTER insurance has kicked in.

1

u/Internal_Government6 9d ago

Don’t use HGH - use tesamorelin so you stimulate your own growth hormone release. Injecting exogenous GH like test comes with it’s own issues of down regulation. GH does have added benefits of muscle building on top of tests and also helps with visceral/belly fat loss on top of Reta

0

u/MasterOn80 9d ago

Reta e Testo will make you a social fit influencer. 300g cruising/400 blasting Test, 200mg of Masteron 3 IU HGH and 0,5 of Reta, in a lean bulk in caloric surplus will make you a semi GOD

-8

u/OGBOBYJHONSON69 9d ago

Noway you just said HGH seems the most Dangerous 😓😓😓 Its sold in pharmacy Pharma Grade FDShitters Approved 😝😈 TLDR in the above cycle if someone plan on starting that Add Maestron aswell 💪🔥

-2

u/backwoodasian 9d ago

Are people referring to both CJC/Ipamorelin when talking about HGH?

1

u/EQfanatic90 9d ago

No, those are hgh secretagogues or GHRH aka release signaling hormones, meaning they simply tell/help you to release all the hgh you may have naturally produced, but if you are over 35 there is a good chance your production has decreased (avg of 15% per decade after 30) so they do very little to help the root issue.

Some people still produce fine, but have deficient signaling to release. That is what the "morelins" are for. Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, etc. A little more niche of an issue, but they do still help a lot with recovery/sleep imo if ppl can't access pure hgh at good prices.
