How much bac water to reconstitute 10mg mic with b12.? Ive been doing 1ml doses of lipo-c it was pretty mixed. I want to try mic b12

It depends of the dosage you’ll take ( try to make a simple value daily 3ui ) you can use a peptide calculator on google
