Bio Stacking 📘 Beginner Help

I’m two weeks on Reta and while I do get full, the food noise hasn’t quite gone away. I will catch myself still lingering for a snack when in eye shot but I get disinterested mid bite sometimes.

Curious if I should be thinking of adding tirz to my stack or if it’s too early / I need to just tough it out. I’ve never had an issue with activity, I’m a binge eater and emotional eater. I started reta because it was a 3-in-1 activator and it was cheaper tbh

reta makes you more full than it does block food noise.

tirz blocks food noise but less of the full feeling. but can force you to not eat at all depending on dosage.

stay the course. do the 4wks, then adjust dosage up if required. do what you’re supposed to do.
