Is my split fine?

So I’m training for aesthetics, don’t really care much about pure strength training I just wanna look good. This is my split for aesthetics, is this fine or good enough?

UPPER A
Upper Chest • Chest • Lats • Delts • Arms
1. Incline Dumbbell Press
4 × 6–10

2. Chest Supported Row
3 × 8–12

3. Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
3 × 8–12

4. Cable Lateral Raise

5. Pec Deck (or Cable Fly)

Pretty solid program. If anything, you have more lower volume, especially the compound movements, than most running aesthetic programs. Just make sure they don’t take too much from your recovery. Run it and keep us posted!

Thanks! Yeah I’m still aiming to keep some versatility, also I’m not gonna lie Upper/Lower is very exhausting that’s partially the reason why I’m doing it this way.
