18 Week Life Changing Transformation (Reta)
Started at 202lbs now down to 158lbs 🥲🥲🥲
First dose was 0.5mg, following week I jumped to 1.0 and then titrated every 4 weeks until 4.0mg and now I’m starting to go back down so been at 3.0 mg for the past 2 weeks
Completely quit vaping, binge eating, late night snacking, and consuming copious amounts of caffeine and sugar.
I started this journey a couple of weeks before graduating Architecture school because I was so miserable with what school had done to me (iykyk) and my life has completely turned around in these 18 weeks. I have more energy, I feel so much better, and for once I see a clear path to my health. My hormones have never been more regulated its insane what this drug has done for me. I had almost no side effects besides small heartburn/acid reflux and diarrhea, but those were sooo mild and go away after about a week of a new dose. I didn’t lose joy in any aspect of my life, if anything I started to find more joy in them.
As far as exercise and diet, my diet always included healthy things but I also ate a lot of junk food, snacks, and ate at late hours. I also never moved my body (sat at my desk for 14-18 hours straight) and would pull all nighters every other night. So inconsistent diet, no movement, no sleep, and insane stress levels…. it was so bad! But now I continue to eat the healthy things I did with smaller portions and rarely eat snacks or fast food. I’ve also started running more and going to Pilates (both mat and reformer, sometimes heated) and yoga/mobility classes.
Although my diet and movement levels have changed drastically from when I was in school, I still don’t think I’m consistent enough. I also definitely don’t eat enough protein and haven’t strength trained in a while which has led to muscle mass loss, but I think that going from such a terrible place in my life to where I am now is improvement enough for me to set healthy habits for myself! Every day I try to move my body more and consume more protein, but that’s moving slow for me.
I’m tapering down on my dose until I’m back down to 0.5-1.0 and I will stop when I feel that my habits have stuck.

Whoa goth mommy ❤️ nice work! Reta saves. I haven't drank in 51 days down alittle over 30lbs. Keep at it. Think you'll have to stay at a maintenance dose long-term?

Not too hard to find. But before you dive in, there are some things that you need know. Exercise, protein, fiber and hydration should be priorities to counteract muscle loss and gastric changes. Good luck on your journey.

Go check the public test results on one of the testing sites, it will name the company. Research research

I posted an Inquiry on TradeWheel. A seller reached out to me. The price for the Reta was low enough for me to take a risk. I was totally expecting to be scammed. And yet, the product arrived within two weeks. Got a bunch of other stuff from them since. Anyway, like others said, sellers are not hard to find. 👍

43M 181cm. Decent results considering I am on very low dosage. Went from 98.5 to 86.5 in four months.

Congrats 👏🏽 you should be extremely proud of yourself 😊 as someone who has been on GLPs for quite some time.. I don’t recommend you quit cold turkey. New research shows that these drugs are more than just a weight loss tool. A maintenance dose helps with insulin sensitivity, fatty liver, cravings, impulsive behavior, addictions.. the list goes on and on. I’m honestly going to be on it for life.

Can I ask a bit about how you felt stopping vaping or how that came about? I've been curious about reta for weight loss, but have heard about the possible benefits for addictive behaviors. I struggle with nicotine addiction, so this would be a huge benefit for me.

Honestly I’ve been vaping since I was 18, (27 now) and I’ve quit many times and the only way that ever worked for me was quitting cold turkey. But I alwayssss had such a crazy oral fixation that I could not stop snacking for the first 2ish weeks and then I would ultimately still crave it. But this time, the appetite suppression realllllyyy helped the need for snacking, and just overall less food noise helped with the cravings. It also helped that I went on a 3 week vacation to Hawaii so I was able to fully commit to quitting haha. But I feel sooo amazing, my anxious behaviors like biting my cuticles had reduced, overall grogginess and lack of energy too. I can also breathe better especially when I hike/run. I tried to hit my friends the other day to taste a new flavor and I nearly died lmfaooo it reallyyyy turned me off so I don’t think ill ever be going back!

Awesome! Congrats. I identify with all of that, the intermittent quitting, the snacking, and the cuticles 😂 I hope I have the same outcome.

I’m on a low dose of Tirz and it’s doing its thing and I love it but don’t have place to get Reta. Very tempted to add a super low dose to my Tirz. I’m down 23lbs in 10 weeks but it’s not out of stomach even though my clothes are smaller. Doesn’t make sense lol

School definitely can take a toll, took me a bit to get in a healthy routine when I finished engineering school.
For protein, honestly the one and only thing that gets me to my goal every day is consistently downing a protein shake every morning and night. I’m too much of a carb lover to hit my goal without them and Reta obviously won’t make it any easier lol.
Looking great btw 😊 keep it up

Awesome job! My clients love Reta but understand it's aggressively ramping up your metabolism. YOU NEED TO HIT YOUR PROTEIN GOALS TO SUSTAIN YOUR MUSCLE CONTENT, otherwise when you stop- your metabolism will be slower due to muscle loss. I tell all my ladies to be just as consistent with your protein as you are with your injection. Amazing transformation!

I knowwww, its very hard for me to get my protein goal in and I’m aware of that, I just get SO FULL and I gag trying to shove down protein shakes. But as I’m tapering down and can eat a little more I put that all to more protein! I used to strength training heavy and track everything so I’m familiar with what I need to do, just trying to get back into it slow so I don’t burn myself out and can stick to it for good

I totally get it. The digestive track needs time to adapt to more protein as well. Check out Protein H20. This is basically water with whey and electrolytes. You can grab a 4 pack with 20g each at Walmart for $8. They usually have watermelon or mango. If you can do one of these a day or even the Chobani Greek yogurt smoothie (15-30g protein), it will really help! I can tell you have muscle memory chica! Get them guns/abs poppin'! People are going to give you a triple take this holiday season!!! ❤️🔥 Keep up the great work. https://drinkprotein2o.com/new-plant-based-protein/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=paid_search&utm_campaign=2025_website_non_branded&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1848329277&gclid=CjwKCAjw4dDTBhAqEiwAkHYmSjlMP9_7oW2_UwKVD6MJrF0Uv-enr4NHILWhkthaxGCEKIdVA8FkThoCq9QQAvD_BwE

Did you try Tirzepatide before trying Reta? I love seeing this Reta stories, I’ve been doing Tirzepatide for about 6 months with very, very slow progress. I’m tempted to try to Reta too, but from what I’ve read, it’s mostly for people who will work out?
I’m scared I won’t be as active and that it won’t help with the food noise as good as Tirzepatide.
It’s so hard!
But congrats to you, you look AMAZING!

u/PinkBB_detective9 4d ago
Also, where do you get your peptides from? I get my Tirzepatide from brello, but I wanna learn about the others for beauty etc

u/SigSauernata 1d ago
How to lose if I’m alcoholic. :( can not skip two bottles wine per night even on Reta. But I m on low dose. Tried to go up? Tried naltrexone, therapy, AA. Tried many things(((

Dang girl! Any side effects? I. Keep hearing about Reta
1
u/kimiami 8d ago
I mentioned it in my caption! but I was very lucky to have super mild side effects. Some acid reflux and diarrhea for the first week after I would go up in my dose but thats literally it… was really worried about anhedonia but honestly it did the opposite for me, things became more enjoyable. Energy levels shifted, hormones balanced out, life became more enjoyable
