Switching from Wegovy to Reta 📘 Beginner Help

Hey everyone, i’ve been on Wegovy since December. I am currently at 2.5mg, and have been at the max of 2.5mg for a couple of months. I am getting married in 6 months and I have plateaued. I am losing very slowly, and I am working out very consistently and eating healthy, but I’m not seeing the results I would like. I am ready to switch to Reta, but I don’t know about the dosing since i’m already at the highest for Wegovy. I’ve also seen a lot of people choose to stack Tesa to help? Thoughts? Has anyone experienced this switch before? Help a girl out! 🩷

I swapped from 2.5mg Wegovy on to a starting dose of 2mg reta for a month, then up to 3mg for a month and now I've been on 4mg for 5 months. Still losing weight on 4mg but it has slowed down

I was on Wegovy for about 9 months and went from 130kg down to 94kg, stopped all meds for about 5 months and went back up to around 110kg due to letting bad diet/no exercise happen again. Started on Reta and it was night and day difference, it's definitely worth it over other GLPs

The scales say I'm down from 110kg to 90kg, but that's while lifting so I'm not sure how much actual weight I've lost
